InSearch Therapeutics is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our compassionate team in Tampa, Florida. This full-time role is focused on providing targeted rehabilitation services within our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will employ evidence-based practices to assess, develop, and implement individualized care plans aimed at enhancing patient mobility, alleviating pain, and preventing disability.

Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our modern Rehabilitation Center in Tampa, Florida, providing a collaborative and supportive environment. Our facility is equipped with the latest technology and resources necessary for effective physical therapy. You will work alongside a dynamic interdisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff, fostering an integrated approach to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient needs to develop personalized rehabilitation plans, directly targeting pain relief, muscle function restoration, and performance enhancement.
• Direct treatment and procedures according to established protocols, including administering manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the application of physical agents like traction and massage.
• Oversee and guide Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure compliance with treatment plans and quality of care.
• Conduct thorough evaluations including diagnostic tests related to muscle, nerve, and joint function to establish baseline outcomes for monitoring progress.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding the therapeutic process, effective exercise techniques, and the use of physical therapy devices.
• Participate in case conferences and collaborate with other healthcare team members to evaluate care plans and make necessary adjustments based on patient feedback and clinical observations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, care plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgery, managing chronic pain, or rehabilitating after injury. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated mastery of various manual therapy modalities and a proven ability to design and implement effective exercise interventions.
• Proficient in EMR software, particularly Web PT, to ensure accurate record-keeping and patient tracking.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current physical therapy practices, supported by research and best practices.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation center setting is preferred.
• Strong background in working with diverse patient populations is advantageous.
• Experience in developing interdisciplinary treatment plans with other healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role is competitive, with a salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
