Your Role

• Conduct a range of standard and advanced laboratory tests including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established guidelines.
• Scrutinize results for precision, diagnose possible errors, and maintain lab equipment through routine calibration and preventative upkeep.
• Engage in sample collection and preparation as required.
• Keep meticulous documentation of procedures, mentor new talent, and partner in maintaining the highest standards of laboratory quality.
• Ensure the laboratory environment is clean and in compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health field, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Earning an ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of your start date.
• Maintaining your certification throughout your employment with us.
