About the Role:
Join PARKWAY ENDODONTICS INC as a Front Desk team member in Middleburg Heights, OH, where you will be the welcoming face of our practice. Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Process payments and verify insurance information for patients.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
- Assist in managing office supplies and maintaining a clean, organized front desk area.
- Handle patient follow-ups and reminders to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a dental or medical office is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and staff.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in using dental software and basic computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in patient records and billing.
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings if needed.
- Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures is a plus.
- We have a second office in Middleburg Heights and some travelling is required
