MDS Coordinator OpportunityAVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified MDS Coordinator to join our family!We are searching for a licensed MDS Coordinator who is resident & family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team and culture. The primary purpose is to complete the RAI process for each resident of the facility, as required by State and Federal regulations.
