Downtown Pittsburgh professional services group is in need of a part-time Accounting Assistant.

Responsibilities to include:

·         Preparing and formatting customized client invoices

·         Reviewing project fees, billing status, and prior invoices

·         Coordinating monthly billing information with project managers

·         Tracking reimbursable expenses and consultant costs

·         Maintaining billing files and supporting documentation

·         Assisting with accounts receivable follow-up

·         Input of subconsultant invoices into firm software

·         Creating Purchae Orders and related documentation

·         Supporting Project Managers in confirming contracts and agreements

Requirements:

·         3+ years of like accounting support experience

·         Proficient MSOffice skills, working knowledge of Deltek is a plus

·         Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

·         Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Team player willing to assist where needed

NOTE: Schedule is 10-15 hours per week
