Accounting Assistant Key Responsibilities
As an Accounting Assistant, you will:
- Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Record financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and maintain accounting documentation for audits and compliance.
- Assist with reconciliations and other general accounting tasks.
- Provide administrative and accounting support to the finance team as needed.
Ideal Candidate for Accounting Assistant Role
The ideal Accounting Assistant will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a desire to grow their career in accounting and finance.
- Previous accounting or administrative experience preferred.
- Experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits
