Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for students and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs and goals.

• Provide high-quality individual, group, and family counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Monitor and objectively evaluate student progress towards therapeutic objectives, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with educators, school staff, and other health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for each student.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for students experiencing acute distress or mental health emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment sessions, and any referrals made in compliance with relevant regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with advancements in mental health practices through workshops and training resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves students who may face various challenges affecting their mental health and academic performance, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and stress related to major life transitions such as family changes and peer relationships. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
