We provide customers with products and value-added solutions within Fluid Power, Fluid Process, Fluid Conveyance, Automation, General Industrial Components, and Industrial Repair.

Hands on CURRENT 2 to 5 years of experience working in the Helpdesk, supporting large organizations (supporting 3,000 to 4,000 users) as a Level 1 with some level II experience with an associate degree or equivalent.

Steady Job History- (minimum 15 months experience with 1 employer)

Technical Skills

Active Directory- Admin Experience is required

• Adding new users/computers
• Passwords
• Deleting users from AD
• New hire account set up and de-provisioning experience.
•  

Office 365 Experience- Admin Experience is required

• Working knowledge with Teams, One Drive and Share point
• Should know how to assign the license and recapture licenses

Setting up new printers/peripherals

• Installation/set up

• Trouble shoot any issue.
• Experience with Print Server

Setting up/troubleshoot Hardware

Experience with installing Software

Experience with 2 factor Authentication, preferably Okta

• Setting up
• Resetting Password

VPN/Wi-Fi

Setting up VPN/ Wi-Fi

• Trouble shoot VPN/Wi-Fi issues
•  

Experience with ServiceDesk, preferably Jira

• Open/modify/close Service requests.

• Work well under pressure.
• Team player/ Work in a Team environment
