Job Summary: Compiles, maintains and verifies images of accounts payable records by performing the following duties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Compares physical copies of accounts payable documents to scanned documents that have been saved in a network common folder, noting all discrepancies.
• Brings findings of any discrepancies to the attention of the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
• May be assigned to assist with the initial document scanning.
• Assists with special projects or other duties in the Accounts Payable function as directed by the Accounts Payable Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic knowledge of personal computers

• Informs Supervisor of potential problems clearly and in a timely manner.
• Asks the necessary questions about assignments.
• Willing and able to change schedule and routine to meet the needs of the job, the department and the Finance Office.
• Willing to help in other areas of the Finance Office as needed.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• General Knowledge of Accounts Payable Processes - would be a plus but is not required.
• Relationships Requirements:
• Daily contact with other members of the Accounts Payable team and Finance Office Accountants
