Accounts Payable Manager

A high-growth, multi-entity organization is seeking a Cash Management & Accounts Payable Manager to lead treasury operations and full-cycle AP within a complex, high-volume environment. This role sits at the intersection of cash management, treasury, and accounting, with visibility across multiple business lines and investment structures. Role Responsibilities Lead and develop a team across Accounts Payable (AP), cash management, and treasury operations Manage daily cash activity, including ACH, wire transfers, funding flows, and bank account oversight Monitor and forecast liquidity, cash positioning, and working capital across multiple entities Partner with internal teams to support capital calls, distributions, and fund-level cash activity Maintain and enhance banking relationships and treasury processes Oversee foreign currency transactions, FX exposure, and hedging activity Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and tax reporting (1099s, W-9s, etc.) Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and system efficiencies Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required 8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and Cash Management, 3+ years in leadership role with direct reports required Strong understanding of treasury operations, liquidity management, FX transactions, and banking platforms required Advanced Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Sage Intacct) and expense platforms (e.g. Concur) required #J-18808-Ljbffr
