Insurance Defense Attorney ( 1 - 5 + Years )

Resnick & Louis, P.C.

We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney for our South Carolina office with 1-5+ years of experience in construction defect, bodily injury, and other insurance defense matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafts motions and/or conduct depositions
Excels in a fast-paced work environment
Works well individually and as part of a legal team, and be willing to go above and beyond to successfully meet the unique needs of our clients

Qualifications:

Must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina (additional state licensure is a plus)
1-5+ years of insurance defense (Required)
Experience in construction defect, bodily injury defense, and other insurance defense matters (Preferred)
