Verify insurance benefits and information, assist with authorization management, and process patient paperwork. Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and communicate professionally with patients, providers, and team members. Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date patient records. Assist with billing, payment processing, and other front-office administrative tasks. Support therapists with patient management and day-to-day clinic flow. Provide PT tech support, including assisting therapists with patient setup, equipment, exercises, and other treatment-related needs as directed. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment. Assist with ordering and stocking clinic supplies and ensuring needed items are readily available. Work as a team to support an efficient, positive experience for both patients and staff.
