Job Summary: Join a compassionate healthcare team dedicated to supporting patient care management in a clinical setting. This role adapts daily responsibilities based on the evolving needs of the practice, ensuring flexible and responsive patient care.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and delegated patient care, recognizing normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk clients. Provide reassurance, accurate education, and clear guidance to patients.
• Facilitate smooth healthcare service delivery during patient visits by preparing patients for examinations, obtaining vital signs, and documenting medical records accurately and thoroughly.
• Assist physicians with testing, treatments, minor surgeries, and physicals, including applying splints, managing sample medications, and coordinating referrals and patient testing.
• Maintain clinical areas by ensuring supplies, equipment, and patient education materials are well-stocked, organized, and sterile. Uphold cleanliness and proper functioning of instruments and exam rooms.
• Perform laboratory tests and maintain lab logs as prescribed, while supporting patient understanding of treatment plans and medication usage.

Education and Experience Required:

• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing Program.

Work Shift: 8:00am 4:30pm
