Overview The Securities & Public Advisory team is seeking associates with 2-6+ years of substantial experience in either private securities offerings and/or securitization or general bank lending (including syndicated lending), asset-backed lending, and/or structured lending. CLO, ABS and/or CMBS experience is also a plus, but not required. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and solid law firm work experience. Qualifications 2-6+ years of substantial experience in private securities offerings, securitization, or general bank lending. Experience with syndicated lending, asset-backed lending, or structured lending. Experience with CLO, ABS, or CMBS is a plus. Excellent academic credentials. Solid law firm work experience. Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Member of the Bar in the United States (for lawyer opportunities in the U.S.). Compensation The expected base salary range for this role is $235,000 to $390,000 per year. This range reflects a good‑faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications. This position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, which may include annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses.
