Regional Director – Multifamily Property Management

Location: Tampa / St. Petersburg, FL (Hybrid)

Salary: $120,000–$140,000

Are you an experienced Regional Director ready to lead a growing portfolio of luxury apartment communities? We're seeking a dynamic, customer-focused leader to oversee a portfolio of Class A and B+ conventional multifamily communities throughout the Tampa Bay and Central Florida markets.

• Oversee a portfolio of 4–5 multifamily communities
• Lead, mentor, and support Executive Directors and Maintenance Supervisors
• Drive occupancy, NOI, resident satisfaction, and operational performance
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, capital projects, and business plans
• Conduct regular property visits, coaching, and performance reviews
• Partner with onsite teams to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence

• 3+ years of Regional Director or Regional Property Manager
• Conventional multifamily experience required
• Lease-up experience strongly preferred
• Strong financial acumen, budgeting, and variance reporting experience
• Experience with RealPage/OneSite preferred
• Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and make sound business decisions
• Willingness to travel throughout the portfolio with a home base in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area

• $120,000–$135,000 annual salary
