Come join us for an extraordinary career in a high growth, team-oriented company!As an Assembler, you will contribute to the achievement of organizational goals by performing a variety of large part assembly and other small part assemblies. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, demonstrate strong communication skills, and have a solid attendance record.Job Duties:Follow detailed assembly instructions and blueprint specifications in order to perform a series of operations to construct assembliesGather necessary parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materialsSafely operate a variety of hand and power tools, components and fixturesMeasure, cut, strip, and connect various wires, cables, or hoses in assembled parts or productsPosition parts and sub-assemblies by using templates or reading measurementsExamine connections for correct fitMake corrections on defective parts or request assistance from the Supervisor or Quality AssuranceReport problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Production SupervisorConserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job resultsDocument actions by completing production and quality formsContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededMaintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functionsComply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policiesManagement retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any timePhysical Requirements:Specific vision requirements include close vision and color visionRequired to use hands to finger, handle, or feelMay sit and stand for prolonged periods of timeMay stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull, or do fine manipulationsAbility to lift light to medium weight up to 50 lbs.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to use basic math, writing, and computer skillsAbility to speak, write, read and comprehend procedures in EnglishAbility to safely operate various hand and power toolAbility to work assigned hours plus overtime as neededGrow your career supported by an energized and passionate team, professional development, training, flexibility and opportunities for advancement.
