Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals and families experiencing challenges related to substance use disorders, trauma, and mental health issues. You will work directly with clients from diverse backgrounds, including low-income individuals, people of color, and marginalized groups, providing culturally sensitive care that promotes healing and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong knowledge and awareness of social justice, advocacy, trauma-informed care practices, and community resources.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, alongside strong organizational abilities to manage a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
