Peer Support Navigator — Housing & Recovery Advocate

EMPACT‑SPC, part of La Frontera Arizona, is seeking a Peer Support Navigator (Supportive Housing) to provide case management, mentoring, advocacy, and crisis intervention for chronically homeless adults. The role integrates with Mercy Maricopa services and requires a strong focus on connecting clients to housing and outpatient supports.
