Receptionist

Evening and Weekend Shifts! The Receptionist is the first contact for many candidates, guests and family members who contact our facility. The receptionist represents the company in a positive manner while greeting visitors, answering telephones and directing calls. You will join an experienced, hard-working team that values communication and strong teamwork abilities. Answer incoming and direct incoming calls. Greet and direct visitors and family members. Maintain current patient listing to be able to direct visitors and phone calls. Provide clerical support for the Administrator and other staff, as directed Education and/or Experience Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Typing proficiency of 50-60 words per minute.
