Learn more about our team and our mission at About the Position Star Sleep & Wellness is growing, and we're seeking a new team member for our Outreach Team! This full-time position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule upon satisfactory completion of the probationary period. We’re looking for candidates who possess strong customer service skills, great phone etiquette, and a passion for helping others. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. No prior medical office experience is necessary—we’ll provide the training! Key Responsibilities Contact patients on the waitlist to offer earlier appointment opportunities and assist with rescheduling. Review provider schedules and adjust appointment templates to maintain adequate coverage and scheduling efficiency. Communicate with referring providers to obtain required documentation prior to initial patient visits. Assist with provider assignments and appointment coordination to support clinic operations. Contact patients regarding schedule changes and coordinate appointment adjustments related to provider or clinician time off. Learn and utilize AdvancedMD scheduling software to manage appointments and maintain accurate scheduling records.
