该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities: Manage the preparation, issuance, revision, retrieval, and archiving CNAS management system documents (e.g., quality manual, procedures, work instructions). Control external documents (e.g., standards, regulations), ensuring their validity and that current versions are used across all relevant areas. Maintain both electronic and paper-based document systems, and support internal audits, management reviews, and CNAS on-site assessments. Promote awareness of document control requirements and assist in continuous improvement and compliance updates of the management system. Support CNAS certification specialist on document preparation, meeting organization, meeting minutes writing, etc. Coordinate cross-functionally across internal departments to establish, implement, and maintain a robust CNAS-compliant documentation system and operational workflows. Support both document review and on-site assessments by CNAS auditors, including preparation, execution, and post-audit follow-up. Guide and oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) across laboratory teams to address audit findings and ensure timely closure. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 1 year’s work experience or above Excellent communication and paper working skills in both English and Mandarin; experience interfacing with German stakeholders is a strong plus. Good project management skills with demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and manage external vendors. Basic knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 standards and proven track record in achieving and maintaining CNAS accreditation. High attention to detail, integrity in quality processes, and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement and compliance excellence.
