About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to lead its business development and marketing activities. The role includes executing a growth plan covering prospecting, lead generation, qualification, presentations, and follow-up. Responsibilities include building and maintaining prospect relationships, identifying opportunities to pitch for new accounts, developing sales strategies, and coordinating proposals and presentations. The successful candidate will also research target markets, maintain prospect lists, and develop sales materials. Candidates should have agency experience in marketing and advertising, including digital, and a strong record of winning new business as part of a business development team. The role requires strategic sales skills, consistent revenue generation, proactive networking, and excellent written and verbal communication. Strong presentation skills and the ability to understand prospects’ business and marketing challenges are essential.
