SUMMARY
The Seal layup personnel will help with reading and understanding detailed instructions on how to run machinery that pertains to Rubber & or Fabric Seal Molding.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Operation of jobs are assigned by the production scheduler and or molding foreman.
- 1+ years with hand layup experience
- Handles raw materials (silicones, adhesives, fabrics etc.)
- Assembling raw materials on to tooling.
- Understanding of how to read and comprehend work orders.
- Following work order instructions
- Detailed hand manufacturing Notify their immediate supervisor of any excessive scrap and or problems with the jobs that they have been assigned.
- Input daily production data into ERP system
- Maintain production rates and efficiencies consistent with the company goals and requirements.
- Visual in process inspection to verify product and sign off
- Maintain proper part identification and traceability.
- Suggest process and manufacturing improvements when and if insufficiencies exist on opportunity improvements.
- Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
The employee must be able to perform his/her duties successfully. Reasonable accommodation can be provided to help the employees perform their daily tasks if needed.
Work schedule: Monday to Thursday 5am -3:30pm
