We handle both residential and commercial work, so no two days look the same. What You'll Get:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Maintaining and repairing heating, AC, and ventilation systems (residential and commercial)
- Cleaning, adjusting, and tuning up equipment
- Diagnosing faults and flagging maintenance risks before they turn into breakdowns
- Handling warranty work and emergency repairs quickly and cleanly
- Answering customer questions and concerns in plain language
- Staying in contact with dispatch and keeping clear daily job logs
Who We're Looking For:
You show up. You take pride in your work. You'd rather do it right than do it twice.
Beyond that:
- 1+ year of experience as an HVAC technician
- Working knowledge of heating, air conditioning, and boiler systems
- EPA 608 certification (preferred, but if you don't have it yet, we'll help you get it)
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Comfortable working in confined spaces and up high
- Able to take the occasional on-call, after-hours, or weekend job when needed
- Solid written and verbal communication
