Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up. Document each customer contact in eAgent. Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner. Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Be outstanding at relationship building. Attend industry events to network and build relationships. Handle customer renewals. Direct the Service Team and work together with the sales team. Requirements Must have ability to multi-task. Problem-Solving Capabilities. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
