HR Professional

Responsibilities Support many talent lifecycle and HR functions, including recruiting, compensation, benefits, learning and development, performance management, promotion, employee relations, and succession and contingency planning Monitor and ensure compliance with HR policies Support requisition approval processes Support relocation, immigration, and mobility programs and processes Represent HR function in New Hire orientation events Support cyclical HR processes including annual talent, performance, and compensation reviews Create, prepare and analyze reports Requirements Experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Workday, database management and record keeping and MS Office Understanding of the hiring process Understanding of and familiarity with HR best practices Knowledge of employment/labor laws Ability to begin to engage with business leaders immediately Communicates effectively Identifies multiple paths to success using analytical and critical thinking Exercises sound judgement, prioritizes effectively, and strives for continuous improvement Effectively collaborates with colleagues Leverages available technology to drive efficiency and results Exhibits optimism, resilience, flexibility, and openness to others' ideas Engages inclusively and with intent Always acts with integrity Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion Excellent interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills Benefits We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Pay and Compensation The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
