Required:

• High School Diploma (GED).
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• General Accounting - 1 year
• General Business - 1 year
• Proficient in Administration - 1 year
• Possess a keen eye for detail to identify even the slightest discrepancies in complex legal and financial documents.
• Strategic organizational skills to manage a high volume of contracts and documentation efficiently and systematically.
• Computer proficiency, with the proven ability to work across multiple computer applications concurrently, ensuring seamless data entry and retrieval.
• Proficient time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks, process contracts efficiently, and consistently meet productivity and quality targets.
• Exceptional focus and concentration, demonstrating the ability to perform detailed audits and eliminate distractions for long periods of time.
• Thorough understanding of compliance requirements, including various state and federal regulations pertinent to contract administration.
• Multi-task between different programming systems.
• Adapt to frequent changes including overtime with limited notice.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• General knowledge of being able to add, subtract, divide, & multiply.
• Microsoft Office. 

Responsibilities:

• Primary objective is to audit and input lease and retail contracts into the portfolio system daily with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to verify information is accurate and be able to communicate the reason if incorrect.
• Validate additional documentation to ensure that all state and requirements are met.
• Follow a process and identify inconsistencies with information presented.
• Validate calculations to ensure financial information presented is accurate.
• Communicate with region and dealership personnel.
