Customer Service Associate - Printing Specialist

The UPS Store 3620 is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Associate – Printing Specialist to join our team. This role combines top-tier customer service with hands-on expertise in digital printing, finishing, and document services. You’ll be the go-to person for helping customers bring their print projects to life — from business cards to banners.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
Consult with customers on printing needs, offering solutions and recommendations
Operate and maintain printing equipment (copiers, wide-format printers, laminators, etc.)
Prepare print jobs including layout, formatting, cutting, binding, and finishing
Ensure accuracy and quality control of all printed materials
Process transactions using POS system and handle cash/card payments
Assist with packing, shipping, and other store services as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
Stay up to date on printing trends, products, and store promotions
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in printing, graphic design, or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using computers and basic design software - e.g., Adobe Applications (Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop...), Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
We expect flexibility to work at least 30 hours a week including Saturdays and Sundays

$12-14 USD depending on skills with a 90 day probation period
