Opportunity to expand your accounting knowledge by gaining exposure to Accounts Payable. Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist Apply customer payments accurately and timely. Perform relationship-focused collections on past-due accounts while maintaining excellent customer service. Prepare and assist with customer billing and invoicing. Research and resolve payment discrepancies. Maintain accurate customer account records. Work closely with customers and internal departments to ensure timely collections. Cross-train in Accounts Payable and provide backup support as needed. Preferred Qualifications For The Accounts Receivable Specialist Previous experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in an accounts receivable role. Collections experience is a strong plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Comfortable using accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
