Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional well-being, developing tailored treatment plans based on their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and other relevant therapeutic approaches to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, employing interactive methods to engage clients and promote meaningful discussions about their concerns and aspirations.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously and maintain accurate records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including social workers and psychologists, as necessary to provide integrated support and coordinate care.

• Respond to clients’ needs in a timely manner, adjusting treatment plans as required to align with evolving therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential and be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
