Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred, but strong CF candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students in various grades
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students and support staff
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to recommendations and reporting on student progress
• Maintain detailed documentation of services, evaluations, and student progress in accordance with school and federal guidelines
• Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families to foster a supportive learning environment
