Facilities Coordinator

Seeking a reliable, self-motivated, proactive and skilled individual with proven experience in the maintenance field or other similar position, preferably in a business setting. Responsibilities include:

• Handling the company's fleet of vehicles
• Keeping the fleet clean, performing minor tasks on the fleet and taking the fleet to various vendors for mechanical work
• Scheduling/Coordinating vendor appointments
• Performing essential upkeep tasks throughout our facilities
• Various tasks such as minor repairs and upkeep to ensure our facilities are both tidy and functional
• Changing lightbulbs
• Restocking supplies as needed
• Emptying trash as needed
• Maintaining daily cleanliness of the facility and grounds
• Touching up paint

Requirements:

• Experience working with both hand and electrical tools with ability to read and utilize manuals and drawings
• Some basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems preferred
• Must be self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have clean driving record

Work Environment:

• Combination of indoor technical facilities and outdoor sites
• May involve climbing, lifting equipment, and working in varying weather conditions
• Drug free and smoke free workplace

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
• Must be able to travel to other properties as needed
• Clear verbal and written communication in person, by phone, and via video
• Operate standard office equipment and software programs
• Visual and auditory ability to review content
