We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant Virtual Survey to support daily administrative operations while assisting with online surveys, data collection, scheduling, and customer communication. This is a remote position requiring strong computer skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual surveys via phone, email, or online platforms.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate records and databases.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Respond to emails and customer inquiries professionally.
• Verify survey responses for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing and document management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• Strong typing and data entry skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
