Key Responsibilities As a licensed mental health counselor, you will: Conduct individual therapy sessions through secure video conferencing, maintaining ethical and compassionate standards. Employ solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client. Craft individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and strategies for your clients. Foster insight among clients regarding their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships. Monitor and assess client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Guide clients in developing effective coping mechanisms and life skills. Minimize administrative burden by utilizing our intuitive platform for documentation and scheduling. Patient Population / Client Focus Our main focus is on serving stable, low-acuity adults who exhibit various mental health needs. Your role will involve engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds, assisting them in overcoming challenges related to anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, among others. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Must hold one of the following licenses to practice independently: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. No limited or provisional licenses; you must be free from any disciplinary actions. Exceptional interpersonal skills, complemented by a compassionate and understanding nature. Strong computer literacy and comfort with digital therapeutic tools. Preferred Experience While a minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with direct experience in telehealth or remote therapy environments may be favored. Familiarity with solution-focused therapy and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies are also beneficial.
