Work Environment This position supports a remote work environment, allowing you to manage your schedule effectively and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling you to engage with clients during traditional business hours. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs. Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals, preferences, and clinical needs, ensuring a client-centered approach. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs of each client. Provide ongoing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, empowering them to navigate their mental health challenges actively. Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on observed outcomes and feedback. Collaborate actively with psychiatrists and other health professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to mental health treatment. Engage in professional development activities, including participation in case consultations and team meetings, to enhance clinical skills and contribute to team knowledge. Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards. Advocate for the de-stigmatization of mood disorders and promote mental health awareness within the community. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clientele encompasses a diverse group of individuals experiencing various mood disorders. You will work closely with adults who seek support and guidance in managing their mental health conditions. This role is critical in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to achieve their therapeutic goals. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Current and valid licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Arizona. Robust experience in applying evidence-based approaches for treating mood disorders, with proficiency in modalities like CBT and DBT. A sound understanding of psychopharmacology to facilitate effective collaboration with psychiatrists and other medical professionals. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to establish rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Preferred Experience Prior experience working in an outpatient mental health setting or a related field is highly desirable. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and scheduling is also preferred. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
