About the role As the GTM Revenue Enablement Coordinator, you support execution of enablement and training programming for our GTM organization to maximize performance against targets and improve efficiency. You will immerse yourself in the day-to-day of the teams to identify opportunities, and actively participate in new product/process pilots to evolve enablement support as we test and learn. You will also collaborate with our business partners to anticipate and scope upcoming needs. This role reports to the Director of Revenue Enablement and works in close partnership with leaders across Revenue, Marketing, and Product. This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters, 2 Days in SF or Utah office. For candidates outside of these areas, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program. What you’ll do Support execution of enablement and training programming for our GTM organization across all segments (Enterprise and SMB) and teams (SDR, AE, Onboarding, Partner Success). Deliver training (virtual, in-person, 1:1, and via LMSs) related to new hire onboarding, product knowledge, rules of engagement, new initiatives, relevant tech stack, etc. Own discrete work streams within larger initiatives (e.g., updating training decks, maintaining LMS modules, tracking participation). Support new product, feature, and process launches. Partner across Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc. Build MVP training materials and collateral during pilot phases. Track usage and efficacy of programs (compliance, performance, impact) and enhance & scale as pilots graduate to ongoing priorities. Ensure all enablement and training collateral are optimized, inclusive, and up-to-date. Identify opportunities to improve GTM performance against ambitious targets, optimize processes, and elevate opportunities for prioritization and resourcing. Channels include: monitoring important performance indicators, participating in PGTM team meetings, call shadowing, working with Managers to understand how much time they spend coaching their reps on various capabilities, understanding differences in how reps approach various processes, identifying points of friction, etc. Key qualifications 3+ years of Sales training, enablement, or management roles. GTM experience across customer segments (Enterprise and SMB) and functions (Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, Customer Success). The ability to synthesize and distill complex content and tailor written and verbal communications to various GTM groups to drive buy-in and adoption. Demonstrated proficiency at designing and implementing new selling motions. A strong track record of cross‑functional collaboration, bringing shape to nebulous and complicated projects and achieving alignment. Experience establishing and managing multiple (often changing) priorities in a rapidly changing environment, delivering high‑quality work under tight deadlines. Technical & functional experience: CRM (Salesforce), outreach, data visualization tools (required). ZoomInfo/Chorus, Yardi, ALN, Snowflake, Sigma, LMS development, financial services industry (preferred). Flex takes a market‑based approach to pay, and compensation may vary depending on your primary work location. Work locations are categorized into one of three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate's starting pay will be commensurate with their experience, qualifications, and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. Tier A (NYC/SF/Seattle): $84,000-$105,000 USD. Tier B (Austin, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Los Angeles, San Diego, Chicago, Miami, Atlanta): $75,600-$95,400 USD. Tier C (SLC/All Other States): $71,400-$89,250 USD.
