Operations Manager

Bardi Designs is seeking a highly innovative and skilled Operations Manager who thrives in a creative and collaborative setting to join our team in Raleigh, NC. We are in search of a candidate that has proven experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar role. OPERATIONS MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations while maintaining accurate financial records Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Accounting, and/or equivalent proven experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or 5+ years of experience in a similar role Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial processes Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Interior design industry or Design Manager Program experience is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Experience Enter New Clients into Design Manager Software Create Proposals/Docusigns Customer Service as needed Orders & Tracking Management Order Entry & Tracking Client Invoicing Payment Receipts Collaborates with Designers to Schedule Installations Bookkeeping and Accounting Projections - AR Tracking/Invoicing Purchase Orders Collecting and Disbursing Payments Entering Invoices into Design Management software Bank Deposits Pays monthly bills - Office Rent, HOA Dues, Warehouse Rent, Energy, Spectrum, Sales Tax, Insurance Job Costing Log/Track Sales Challenges Checks/Stamps Maintains Vendor COI and W-9 Human Resources Payroll - Mileage Reimbursement, Insurance Reimbursement (monthly), Phone Allowances (annually), Technology Reimbursement Tracks PTO Coordinates Team Meetings, Events/Celebrations Facilities Management Answers Phone Schedules/Coordinates Office Cleaner Manages Office Phone Systems & Other Technology Inventory Management
