Business Development Specialist

Consultative Sales Role

Fun, creative, innovative office and fantastic, collaborative team!

Ideal role for someone who loves the consultative sales process.

What your future day will look like:

  • Execute the growth strategy of the business focusing on generating new accounts that align with the positioning of the consulting firm.
  • Will be responsible for specific revenue generation goals.
  • Accountable for the creation of proposals and overall revenue management.
  • Will team with consultants to create innovative, high quality performance solutions for external clients.
  • Responsible for tracking sales leads and report lead conversions while maintaining detailed database.
  • Attend trade shows and business networking events.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development for a consulting firm
  • Zoho or similar CRM experience
