Construction Contract Administrator

A growing construction-focused organization in West Columbia, SC is seeking a Receptionist & Contract Administrator to support front office operations and project documentation. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys helping keep projects and office operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Welcome visitors, vendors, and subcontractors with professionalism and exceptional customer service Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries Maintain an organized and welcoming front office environment Prepare and manage subcontractor agreements and project documentation Process purchase orders, change orders, and related records Collect and track required contractor documentation, including insurance certificates and tax forms Assist with proposal preparation and administrative project support Coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate records and documentation Follow up on outstanding documents, requests, and compliance requirements Provide general administrative support to leadership and office staff Qualifications Required Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, office support, or customer service role Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications Strong attention to detail and follow-through Preferred Experience in construction, contracting, engineering, or a related industry Familiarity with contract administration and project documentationExperience working with contractors and subcontractors Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business software systems Salary: $50,000-$55,000 annually Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance Employer-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage Employer-paid life insurance Annual performance-based bonus opportunity Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Fully onsite position in West Columbia, SC #J-18808-Ljbffr
