Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring a personalized therapeutic experience.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment.

• Educate and support clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and essential self-care practices to encourage proactive engagement in their recovery.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and medical professionals to provide integrated care that considers the holistic well-being of clients.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to continuously improve therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary in the range of USD 70,000 – 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
