What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers (appointments set for you)
• Educate homeowners and build estimates on HVAC system replacement
• Recommend and sell top-tier HVAC systems
• Educate customers on financing options
• Collaborate with install and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Track sales activity and performance using ServiceTitan CRM

Key Sub Tasks:

• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
• Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
• Create confidant buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
• Get potential customers excited about Keefe's A/C, Heating & Electrical and encourage them to spread the word.
• Become an expert of your market area, know the customer needs.

What We're Looking For:

• A proven closer with experience in B2C, in-home, or home improvement sales
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Goal-oriented, self-starter with a high sense of ownership
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Passionate about delivering value and building relationships
