Leasing Manager

We are seeking a professional Leasing Manager for our Wood Terrace property in the Doraville area of Atlanta. The property will transition at the end of July. Responsibilities Interview prospective residents and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications. Accompany prospects to model/vacant apartments, discuss space, layout, amenities, and lease terms. Ensure consistent follow‑up with prospects. Process applications for approval in accordance with policies and procedures. Process lease renewals. Mentor and train Leasing Consultants. Walk all move‑ins before the move‑in date to ensure readiness. Follow up with new residents after move‑in. Inspect premises periodically and arrange necessary maintenance. Plan and coordinate resident events. Handle resident requests and complaints courteous and efficiently. Manage all marketing duties, including preparation of market surveys and social media postings. Assist with sending all resident notices. Weekend work may be required. Adhere to all company policies, including safety and Fair Housing. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of three years leasing experience and experience managing leasing and marketing for a conventional property. Strong social media and marketing skills; experience managing renewals. Prior experience supervising a leasing team; ability to lead overall leasing operations. Experience with Yardi, CRM platforms and Yieldstar is a plus. A valid driver’s license (and automobile insurance may be required for some properties). Experience with virtual and in‑person community tours preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Working knowledge of property management platforms (Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM) preferred. Environment & Physical Demands Constant walking, standing, and sitting alternately; frequent climbing of stairs; occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crawling, squatting, pushing/pulling, and reaching above shoulders. Frequently lift less than 10 lbs; occasionally lift over 10 lbs. Strong finger dexterity with ability to grasp/turn. Good eyesight and hearing; ability to comprehend, speak, write, and communicate. Work in a variety of conditions, including indoors and outdoors; noise level usually moderate.
