Location & Schedule Location: MetroHealth Rehabilitation Institute – Old Brooklyn Bi‑weekly Hours: 72.00 Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.; rotating weekends, rotating holidays Sign‑On Bonus Up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus for RNs with qualifying experience. Primary Patient Population Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Key Skills & Responsibilities Ventilator/Trach care SCI retraining (Bowel & Bladder management program) Wound prevention and care Specialty treatment and technology for regain of function Rehabilitation specific education for patient/family Team & Collaboration The RN will work with: LPNs Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs) Nurse Interns Providers Social Workers/Case Management Respiratory Therapy Physical Therapy/Ot Speech Therapy Art & Music Therapy Dieticians Unit Capacity Number of beds on unit: 24 beds Awards & Recognitions National Model System award. Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation). Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
