Job Overview
Hubbard Radio Seattle & 2060 Digital is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to join our advertising sales team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Account Executives are responsible for developing new business, building strong client relationships, and delivering customized advertising solutions across broadcast radio, streaming, podcast, and digital marketing platforms. We are looking for someone who is hungry, personable, coachable, and energized by variety. Media experience is not required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help the right person succeed. This position begins with a base salary and transitions into a commission-based structure with excellent earning potential.
Job Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new local business relationships on an ongoing basis
Conduct needs analysis with business owners and decision makers
Create and present customized advertising and marketing solutions
Sell across radio, streaming, podcast, and digital platforms
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
Maintain consistent client contact and provide exceptional customer service
Collaborate with programming, promotions, and digital teams to execute campaigns
Attend station events, remotes, and client functions as needed
Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and sales documentation
Ensure accounts are properly approved and paid in a timely manner
Participate in sales meetings, training, and coaching sessions
Qualifications
Strong communication and presentation skills

Coachable mindset and willingness to implement feedback
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements
Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to manipulate computer keys and general office equipment (Computer, telephone, copier, etc.)
Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
Ability to hear and speak clearly and follow both oral and written direction

Additional Information
This position is subject to pre-employment driving record background check. Compensation and Benefits
When extending an offer, the company considers a variety of factors such as (but not limited to) the candidate's work experience, education/training & key skills as well as internal peer equity and other market and business considerations.
