Job Title: Commercial Engagement Associate Location: Manhattan, NYC | On-site Employment Type: Full time, permanent We’re partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed AI healthtech startup to find a Commercial Engagement Associate to join their high-impact team in NYC! This company is transforming how pharmaceutical brands bring therapies to market—using AI to deliver compliant, high-quality marketing content faster and more efficiently than traditional agencies. What you’ll be doing: As a Commercial Engagement Associate, you’ll sit at the center of client delivery and execution—helping translate pharma marketing needs into real, tangible assets. Support the execution of marketing campaigns and asset development for pharma clients Collaborate with client-facing and internal teams to deliver high-quality outputs Translate client needs into creative briefs and structured workflows Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination Work closely with design, product, and commercial teams Contribute to fast-paced, high-volume content production Help ensure work meets compliance and regulatory standards What we’re looking for: 1–3 years’ experience in healthcare advertising / pharma marketing Background in account management (AE/SAE level), project management, or client services Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills Exposure to pharma/healthcare campaigns and regulated environments (MLR experience is a plus) Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or HTML is beneficial Interest in startups and a high-ownership, fast-paced environment Why this opportunity?
