Secure Engage seeks a seasoned Head of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs to lead regulatory strategy across North America and globally. You will work with product, engineering, and legal teams to ensure platform readiness and robust audits against financial regulatory standards.

The role requires deep regulatory expertise, proven leadership, and the ability to interface with regulators, auditors, and CCOs. Hybrid/remote options are available, with a focus on securing compliant, trustworthy
