This is a rare opportunity to join an established industry leader and play a key role in shaping commercial strategy alongside the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.

The Opportunity

As Director Of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, leading a national business development team, and identifying new market opportunities across the signage and branded environment sectors.

This role is ideal for a commercially astute, highly motivated executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads from the front.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales and business development initiatives

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team

Drive new business acquisition and key account growth across North America

Collaborate closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team on commercial objectives

Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends

Build and maintain relationships with major clients, partners, and stakeholders

Deliver sustainable revenue growth and profitability improvements

Represent the business at industry events, client meetings, and trade shows

What We're Looking For

Extensive experience within the signage and/or branded environments industry

Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth

Strong leadership experience managing sales and business development teams

Strategic thinker with exceptional commercial acumen

Self-starter with a hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset

Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to influence at executive and board level

Willingness to travel as required across the United States
