Salary Range: $74,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Health Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Flexible Schedule Remote Type: No Job Type: Full-Time Job Category: Sales Management Location: Weatherford, OK 73096, US Requirements Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Driving: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings. Results-Oriented: Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Proactive: Ability to anticipate client needs and provide solutions proactively. Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Tech-savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities Generate leads by developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn. Collaborate with sales management to achieve sales goals and improve the overall sales process. Participate in in-person and online training, meetings, trade shows, and sales events to stay current on industry trends. Identify and qualify lucrative sales leads for the sales force to pursue and close. Acquire new customers through a variety of channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, text messages, and email.
