As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play an important role in shaping the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate is professional, motivated, and goal-oriented. If you have integrity, enjoy working with people, and take pride in getting things done, we encourage you to Responsibilities Greet and receive prospects and customers. Friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees Refers customers with additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate staff member. Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance.
