Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, providing ongoing evaluations of their progress and developing strategies for addressing upcoming challenges.

• Design, implement, and supervise personalized treatment plans collaboratively created with clients, adjusting these plans as needed based on their evolving needs.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to support the continuity of care.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate the mental health status and treatment needs of new clients.

• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions, offering support, insight, and coping strategies tailored to each client's situation.

• Participate in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and gain feedback on your counseling techniques.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base facing various challenges, allowing you to utilize your training and creativity to make a positive impact. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduate school is essential.

• Strong critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills are necessary for effective clinical interaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, based on experience and qualifications.
